We are one!

Walking really gives me great ideas.
I've been walking a lot lately. Actually, it is a 40 minute walk to work and I do it both ways. But boy oh boy, do I feel good. Inspiration descends upon me. Dialog between characters for my next book fills my mind.
Has me shaking my head going, "Of course, of course. That's perfect."
Today I was thinking about how we are all connected. We are not separate from one another as we perceive we are. I imagine that the air my body is touching which is then touching my daughters body over there on the couch - is connecting us in an energy way. Just a thought to ponder.
Biggest Loser is great. I love that Jillian Michaels. Would love to be fit like her. Think I'm going to join her online coaching tomorrow.
It will be 30 days since I quit drinking coffee on Sunday. They say it takes 30 days for a habit to take root and become automatic. I have had decaf but I mostly drink green tea. I feel better now. Not so zapped up and something else controlling how I spend my time. Before it was like, "I have to have my coffee to wake up or I want one at this time or we have to stop here and get one." Now I decide what I'm doing when. A substance isn't controlling me. Freedom! Ya!
Till I blog again.... you fine people out there - stay connected. You'll never look at air and the people in it the same way again.
