What drugs have you done:  Over-the-counter meds, prescriptions and once, at a 2-day BBQ bash in 1981 in Gillette, Wyoming, half of a tablet of some “speed” variety, after careful consideration by a close friend who said, “One tablet would be way too much for you!”  That is the sum total of my "drug years," 2 days.

Whose phone numbers do you know by heart:  Many, or at least I think so, but when I go to dial numbers or write them down I am numeral-dyslexic and I usually get them wrong.  I am especially bad with phone numbers but ten times worse with zipcodes.  I’m sure it’s related to my “drug 2-days."  I must have fried the kidney beans in my head that keep track of numbers in their respective order. 

What do you use to blow your nose:  Two hands and lotion-soft tissue, thank you very much; however, over-dosing on over-the-counter sinus meds saves on tissues and is twice-more fun than "speed."

Do you abstain from anything in protest?  Sometimes I walk by stuff instead of picking it up, just to see how long it will take someone else to do it.  Consequently, we now have a “junk room” which I am currently boycotting for the rest of my natural life. 

When you are shopping, what is the item you have the most trouble finding:  Jeans that are long enough with a waist that is small enough.  For some reason, anything beyond a 32 inseam has a waist to match.  It’s as if the manufacturers assume that if your inseam is 35-6 inches long you have a beachball shoved up inside your shirt!

Do you look at yourself every time you pass a mirror or other reflective image?  No, I keep doing these annoying surveys of self to see if I missed anything, and if I’m really into looking deeply at myself I read between the lines of whatever available poetry or prose is on hand.  When I run screaming from the room, I figure I’ve seen enough for one day.  

What do you think about golf?  I don’t. 

Do you watch any sport?  The Tour de France.

Shall we go fishing?  A thousand times yes. 

How do you put on your shoes and socks?  Socks first and shoes sometimes three or four days later. 

Do you like wearing shoes?  Doy!  See above.

What are some places that you like to leave from … rather than go to:  Any rest stop in all of Indiana without a Hazmat suit, the inside of an MRI machine (especially since they are designed with the elbow space of a coffin!), orientations of any kind (even if they offered snacks) and car dealerships. 

What are your favorite sandwich ingredients?  Peanut butter and “Craisins” on rye toast.
