Gettin Ready for Turkey Day

The children are off school for the WHOLE week. Can't remember the last that has happened.I enjoy sleeping in alittle later. I have most of my turkey fixings already purchased. I have been at the grocery store on WED, right before, and search for stuffing, and barely any turkeys, if at all.
Hubby put the Christmas Tree up last night. He does such a good job. He's so detailed, I'm just into the lights. I'm just gonna try not to get stressed out by the holidays. Even the money, you have to spend on the turkey,holidays are so expensive. I ghess you can't put a price on a good family feast. I have told my husband I will not be pressured into buying our child a certain number of gifts. He gets so many toys, that afterawhile nothing is special. I will try to buy him a game or something he can really enjoy.He gets gifts almost weekly-so I just want something meaningful. I will be attending The Winter Wonderland Display, and other fun things that put the spirit into Christmas.
