A New Website!
10/29/2009 4:32:38 AM
I'm putting a website together, and I'm almost through with it. It's actually for my photography but I'm also adding some of my poetry on there as well.
When all is done I'll certainly put my url here so that those that would like can go and look around.
I'll be adding the calendar photos as soon as we do the shoot. I'm excited about that. I think it will not only be a lot of fun but also extremely rewarding as far as the learning aspect goes. Never hurts to get all the experience one can. Expecially in the photography business.
One thing I have learned is that if you only take one photo of something, you might as well not have bothered. One may take 500 photos and come out with two or three that are actually what one could call really good pictures. That's the demon of the lens. Just the way it works. So anytime you 'get lucky' feel as though you've been handed a gift because with the slight movement of the hand, it wouldn't have actually had to be.
It helps though when one uses a camera with auto stabilization. I'm using a Canon 450D, which truly is just an awesome piece of equipment. It makes my job so much easier.
Well I will close for now and head on over and get started on the rest of my work.
All have a great week!
