With all the speed of communication these days it is hard to believe that one little book can bring so much understanding and revelation, BUT IT DOES. When the subject of reading the Bible comes up I am always reminded of what John the disciple said, "Where can we go Lord, you have the words of life." That is still true with all our gadgets that seem to fill us with all kind of info that will soon perish but the Word of God is forever. I love it. Strange as it may seem when I was going through the horrible deal of pancreatic cancer I would hold my Bible close to me all night long and I believe even that helped to sustain me. Why? Because Jesus my healer is the Word. Keep it up Eddie. love u. |
