There's no cover charge for our evenings of the arts where you may often hear singing and African drumming (Djembe drummer Doc Powell sits in whenever he can make it) in addition to enlightened poetry. Sistah Joy and the featured poet typically sell and sign their books and/or CDs, most often priced between $10-$15.
We also will feature visual artist Tyrone Bradshaw who will discuss his works of art.
All art at Annie's Art Gallery is "available for adoption!" Also, Kevin Hicks, the proprietor is always ready to discuss and design custom frames for your newly acquired or long-held family art treasures.
Arrive early as seating is limited! Light refreshments.
