Rosemarie Keller Skaine has been chosen to be inducted into the Grand Island Senior High Hall of Honor (Nebraska), October 22-23. She is selected as one of four 2008/2009 inductees who "have made a significant and lasting contribution toward the betterment of mankind."
A community celebration banquet will be held on Thursday evening, October 22 at the Heartland Events Center. Friday, October 23 will be dedicated to school activity in which each inductee will address current high school students about their previous school days in Grand Island, their career and offer words of encouragement.
The Hall of Honor Committee of the Grand Island Education Foundation selects two inductees a year and holds the induction ceremony every two years.
