Jodi will be signing copies of her novels, "Stormwind of the North Country" and "Secrets of the North Country," and her memoir, "The Forests I Called Home."
"Stormwind of the North Country," which has received excellent reviews, is a pre-teen novel that tells the story of 14-year-old Kat, whose life changes one summer when she must fight for the preservation of her father's land, the safety of her best friend, Randy, and the life of Stormwind, the horse she loves.
"Secrets of the North Country" continues Kat's story, when she, Randy, and her younger brother, Dave, help a fugitive who is wanted for a crime that he didn't commit. As Kat witnesses the best and worst in the people that she meets, she discovers who her true friends are, and just what it takes to keep them safe.
"The Forests I Called Home" is a memoir of the author's life growing up in Hadley and Lake Luzerne, NY, in the 1980's and '90's. The author also tells stories of other places that have influenced her life, such as Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Monhegan, a remote island in Maine. "...It is a story of pets, and vacations, and unexpected adventures. It is a story of the roundabout ways that life can lead you home..."
