Self-Help
Father Pantaleon Foundation (FPPF) was established in 2007 in Nigeria in honour of Fr. Prof. Pantaleon Iroegbu. The Foundation has its headquarters in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria with branches.

Father Prof. Pantaleon-Iroegbu FOUNDATION

Father Prof. Pantaleon-Iroegbu Foundation was launched in Umunumo on 19th of August 2007 at St. Charles Catholic Cathedral Umunumo with an overwhelming reception and support. Along with the launching was a new book in memory of Fr. Pantaleon entitled, The Kpim of Death (2007). This fascinating book is a must read by all Umunumo sons and daughters. You can obtain a copy through www.amazon.com and www.trafford.com. The Foundation engages in research and book project of the Kpim Publication Series started by the famous scholar, community development expert and mobilizer, Prof. Pantaleon Iroegbu.
The Father Pantaleon-Iroegbu Foundation shares in the dreams and initiatives for education, community development and social support at home. Father Pantaleon Foundation is a registered NGO and a member of Nigeria Network of NGOs. It promotes and represents the innovative ideals and works of the late Fr. Prof. Pantaleon Iroegbu in Umunumo and elsewhere.
The Foundation is open to all individuals and organizations at home and in diaspora for membership. With its “help, and not hinder” principle of community development and support, it believes in the concept of everyone can help or give scholarship for the needy. How? By donating any amount of money through Father Pantaleon Foundation ($0.50, $1, $5, $10, $50, $100, etc.), and the pool with your name as co-donor will be used to provide assistance to the needy in Umunumo. As a donor, your terms are considered as the Foundation works out the details and the awards. Time has changed and so does the approach to get involved and belong, as Pantaleon called on us to help, and not hinder. For Contact, please write to the Co-ordinator and Secretary: No. 31B Nekede Road Owerri, P.O. Box 493, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. E-mail: fatherpantaleonfoundation.yahoo.ca. Phone: 080-30848591. Father Pantaleon Foundation welcomes the Umunumo Nationals, USA in joining to make development history at home. Link the Father Pantaleon Foundation to others and visit the Foundation Secretariat and Centre at Owerri too. God bless.
