Mother and daughter Theresa “ Terri ” Allen and Pamela Simonson Ferguson are passionate about changing their lives forever. They have struggled with their weight for too long and are now, for once and for all, exercising the demons and cutting the fat.

Together, their gains and losses, ups and downs, trials and triumphs will be shared, as well as juicy tips, savory suggestions, and encouragement for all. So far, Terri has lost some weight with relative success. Pamela is on her way to losing her big butt too.
