A new model for authors and their goal of getting published is being tested. I am involved with a company called smashgrabnow.com  where the music is created collaboratively. This is where musicians and artists get together and invite lyricists to come in, audition songs and then the album is cut in five days flat.

I am trying to do this with young writers and veterans interested in taking a novel, some already started, and write them over a very short period of time, say a month. With thirty writers we plan to put out about 125 novels a year. They could be put up on Amazon in three days and after they are completed agents and major publishers are contacted. Contract buy-outs would be part of the deal.

All genres could be accommodated.

This becomes a profit-sharing company, fifty-fifty. We will work the marketing part and the internet part with my son's marketing company H2advertising. (Look him up on the internet.)

The concept is simple for writers: pool your talents with the writing talents of others and the work gets done very quickly, just like the music industry is currently doing it. Actually Rhianana  did her last album is just this way.
