Coaching involves change. Change is fundamental to growth.
What does change mean to our clients? Change from what to what?
What assumptions live below the orientation to change?
These questions go right to the core of what is involved in the transformation of how our clients know themselves and how they relate to all of life.
A presence-based approach to the Enneagram provides powerful insights regarding the development of the personality, which leads us to new observations about the nature of the change process itself. A significant question the Enneagram helps shed light on is: am I coaching to the personality or coaching to what lies beyond the familiar, and generally limiting structure of the personality?
How do we know when we are unconsciously reinforcing the ego’s agenda, and when we are guiding the client into contact with their deeper intelligence?
In this special offering, DCI Founder and Senior Faculty member, Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy, will explore the basis and the nature of the counter-intuitive change process we use in Deep Coaching, as outlined in her latest book, Deep Living: Transforming Your Relationship to Everything That Matters through the Enneagram. DCI director, Diana Redmond, will join Roxanne in this informative session.
The call will be filled with substantial teachings and insights that are significantly different from the dominant approaches to change, along with specific examples of our coaching processes. . There will be time for Q & A after the talk to clarify the Deep Coaching approach, certification training available.
Especially relevant to growth-oriented professionals, Deep Coaching and our certification program is based on helping you to develop and embody your own amazing capacity for orienting your clients to a process of change that is deeply transformation.
