He Talks Funny review...
Tanya Stilwell has just posted a comment
WOW!! This book not only helps children understand about Apraxia, but also shows that some adults don't know about it either. What a great way to educate our young people as well as adults who interact with our speech impaired children. My son (4yrs old) has Apraxia and really enjoyed the photos and the story line. My older children have a better understanding of what our lil man will have to deal with as he gets older.(his class knows he talks funny and has embraced him and helps him through it.. it isn't so accepted as he gets older)I hope to have the chance to educate other children in his school and this book.. PERFECT!!! I can't wait to take this book to school and read it to his class. Thank you ,Jeanne, for such an amazing addition to our book library!! This will definitely be one of the most read books in my house!!!
Jeanne will be participating in the Hoffman LaRoche Childrens/family fair on April 19th in Nutley from 10.00am-2pm.
