Author Ruben Christopher, who has penned two books: “Weapon X” and “Genesis The Apocalypse” has been tapped to join the Examiner.com team. Ruben Christopher was brought on in early July to write weekly articles for the online news service. When asked about his joining of the Examiner, Ruben Christopher had this to say: “I am really excited to join the wonderful team of writers that write for the Examiner. I think it is a wonderful opportunity for me and subsequent readers of my articles.” Ruben will be responsible for writing several weekly articles that will be posted on the site.
When asked what his articles will focus on, he had this to say: “Well I intend to inform readers on the issues that effect their lives and the world around them today. I don't want to write more opinionated articles, I believe we have enough of that in todays media. I mean every time you turn on the TV and turn to a news channel. All be it liberal or conservative, that's all you see no a days. Everyone wants to through in their two cents and put their own spin on the issues today but I want to inform people and let them make up their own minds.” Ruben's first article will be posted later this week on www.examiner.com.

Ruben Christopher is a Puerto Rican born writer, hailing from Southern California originally. He began his writing career at the age of 14. He received his first publishing contract when he was 18 and at 20 he first book: “Weapon X” was released to the public. He later followed up “Weapon X” with “Genesis The Apocalypse” and is currently working on his third book “Into the Night. Ruben hopes to have “Into the Night” out by early next year. Ruben Christopher is in his mid twenties, besides writing Ruben enjoys watching and playing basketball, football. Ruben loves cars, listening to music and is passionate about animals and their rights.
