SORRY, WRONG NUMBER!

3/31/2006 9:14:00 AM

by Joan Hall Hovey

An audio play with Joan Hall Hovey as Mrs. Stevenson.
Originally written as a radio play by Lucille Fletcher (which originally aired with Agnes Moorehead in the lead role as Mrs. Stevenson; other small parts included operators and police over the phone, but Moorehead was undoubtedly the star). The radio play aired on the Suspense radio program, and was first performed on May 25, 1943. The show was reprised seven times, each time with Moorehead in the lead, with the final broadcast airing on February 14, 1960.
