New Self-Help Book: 'Swinging on a Star'

A work in progress: A unique autobiographical book written for sufferers of Bipolar Disorder by someone who has lived it. The goal is for the patient to better understand the nature of their illness and the impact it has on their emotional development and their way of living in the world. It will also include lots of helpful advice as well as comfort to those in need of understanding.
