Ram P. Varma, author of “This Splendid World of Yours” and “Be Still and Know….” presents a weekly series of seminars on Managing Your Self, Managing Your Relationships, Managing Stress, Management by Commitment Utilizing Intuition, and The Art of Splendid living which facilitates personal growth by empowering the individual to rapidly clear the limitations created by various factors in your life such as energy blocks, programming, obsolete or inappropriate belief symptoms. 3. Managing Stress:
Excessive stress is the most silent killer in the modern world, especially for the working men and women who have to face the growing challenges of accelerating change, uncertainty and conflict in the business environment. It is a common experience to come home from work physically and mentally tired and even emotionally drained with little enthusiasm or energy left for dealing with family or personal matters.
Balancing one’s personal and professional lives is becoming an increasingly difficult challenge. All this aggravates dis-stress.
