Dr. Don Aycock endorsed Danny Von Kanel's book, "Built By The Owner's Design" by saying:
"Danny Von Kanel wants to reach people for Christ! His book, "Built By The Owner's Design," is intended for that purpose. Danny has little patience with marketing gimmicks or shallow programs. He is not afraid to tackle non-effective structures that promise growth but delivers little. The author takes issue with some contemporary patterns of doing church and suggest what he thinks is a more biblical norm. Surveys on evangelism, discipleship, teaching, and spiritual growth are included in the book.
Von Kanel offers "planks" on which to build solid church growth. He is an advocate of what he calls community Awareness evangelism, Conversion Evangelism, Comprehension Evangelism, and Confirmation evangelism.
This book will help churches rethink their outreach methos and redouble their efforts."
