Mr. Davis' former journalism teacher found after 30 years. She is pleased his Jazz Cats book is on the way.

David Davis found his journalism teacher after 30 years. She never gave up on him in spite of his basic laziness in class. Considering his study habits in high school, she was happy that he had some books published. Mr. Davis examined his old 1967 yearbook for her thoughts. She had written that he had managed "to drive one more teacher out of the profession." She has recovered from having him in her journalism class, and is resting nicely in North Texas. As for Mr. Davis: He proves the old saying "Even a blind hog finds an acorn once in a while."
