Horror

A recent short-short, STORMBRINGER, is a finalist in Peggy "Brutal Dreamer" Shumate's IN THE TREETOPS Contest.

BRUTAL DREAMER, aka Peggy Shumate is a 'hottie of horror', a human dynamo with a finger in every horror pie. She has worked for MASSACRE PUBLICATIONS, BLEEDING SKY MAGAZINE and DOUBLE DRAGON Publishing. She is also an editor, publicist, poet and author.

Her recent IN THE TREETOPS contest was a challenge indeed: Write a story UNDER 700 WORDS inspired by the CRADLE WILL ROCK Nursery rhyme! With a spark of imagination, STORMBRINGER was born, and won a runner-up slot in the contest. The story will appear on her main site (www.tripod.com/brutaldreamer), and then on my authorsden page.
