Steve Burt's trade paperback, A Christmas Dozen: Christmas Stories to Warm the Heart, has been named a finalist for the ForeWord Award for Best Audio Fiction Book of 2001.

ForeWord Magazine, one of the country's largest book review syndicates for librarians and booksellers, has named A Christmas Dozen: Christmas Stories to Warm the Heart, by Steve Burt, a finalist for its award for Best Audio Fiction Book of 2001. Originally released as A Christmas Dozen (from the Christmas Story Pastor), the collection of twelve of the author's prize-winning holiday short stories has gained national attention through his reading aloud to radio audiences.
