Horror

A Topical Tale for Halloween

The short story is not my typical venue. Neither is the vampire. (I have my own mythos.) Upon posting this very contemporary piece set in San Antonio TX, however, I was surprised at a burst of interest from diverse quarters: scifi/fantasy, Goth, Buffy groups, veterans of the underground press -- even a late-night FM station in Mendocino CA.
