I started reading your book this afternoon out on my front porch relaxing in the sun and laughed out loud at the story about the little girl writing a letter to God to get her new red bike for her birthday. That was SO cute. I was laughing so hard as it was so adorable.
Then I was getting into your trip but had to stop as I got company and the dogs started barking breaking up my train of concentration. I will get back to it later tonight when everything is settled down. I hate interruptions when I get into reading.But I book marked it and will continue later. Your books I find so smooth to read and easy to read as your wording and explaining is so smooth to digest. I just seem to glide along as I read your books. You truly do word things so clearly and people can relate with your thoughts as they are reading your experiences. Looking forward to getting back to it.

Thanks so much for sending this book. I enjoyed all the articles and fun jokes and especially the article on Grandma Schaub.  And it reminded me of special times and memories with my grandma, particularly.  But it also reminded me of times--too few certainly--with Grandma Schaub at grandma and grandpa's house.   I especially thank you for sending the book to me today when I needed the reminder of not only the simpler times but also to help center me.  It's beyond busy and incredibly stressful at work.  I think my soul really needed to be reenergized, which your book did!  So thank you!!
