The Bodyguard and the Show Dog Finalist in DWAA Writing Competition

The Bodyguard and the Show Dog, Book 2 of the Bodyguard Series by Christy Tillery French has been nominated a finalist in the Dog Writers Association of America''s 2006 Annual Writing Competition under the category: Book: Fiction. Christy has been invited to attend the DWAA annual banquet and awards ceremony in New York City on Sunday, February 11, 2007 as well as the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show at Madison Square Garden on February 12th and 13th.

The Bodyguard and the Show Dog also received the 2006 Single Titles Reviewers'' Choice Award and is presently under consideration by Stronghold Entertainment as a movie/TV option. The book is in its second printing.
