Jerry Engler will be the featured speaker and workshop leader June 20 for the Kansas Writers Association in Wichita.
His topic will be "A Different Outlook--Fiction short stories, poetry and the writing business."
Engler has three books on the market entitled Just Folks: Earthy Tales of the Prairie Heartland, A Heartland Voice: Just Folks Two, and Highly Embellished Truth & Some Poetry: Just Folks Three.
The books are fiction short stories with the addition of poetry in the third one. They may be purchased on-line, or at both chain and independent bookstores with distribution through Big River Distribution in St. Louis.
