Author Robert L. Davis, author of the riveting book called COP OUT, has announced the upcomimg release of his second  book. The exact title of the book is unknown, but the nature of the book is very important in today's current world.

The author's book is believe to be about how to detect rogue cops, warning signs of rogue cops, how to report them, information about citizen's rights, do's and don'ts when you encounter law enforcement officers, and other important information covering such diverse subjects as arrests, dwi's, traffic violations, lie detector tests, avoiding sexual crimes,extraditions, pardons, and many other areas of law.

The book promises to be a compelling and eye opening view into the dark and secret world of the police sub-culture... also known as the blue code of silence. The book is expected to be release no later than late Febuary. 

The author has dedicated himself to revealing the unfair practices of rogue police officers.
