Is it your job or your joy? What a difference one letter makes in a word's meaning. People who view their work as a joy rather than a job can do great things.

Happy, positive leaders motivate others. Their enthusiastic approach and caring attitude benefit their employees and team members, which ultimately benefits the client or consumer.

Whether they call it leading with joy, happiness or love, positive leaders are strong bosses who change attitudes from "I have to do this" to "I get to do this" and "I can do this." When combined with other leadership skills and principles, happiness becomes an asset that inspires strong future leadership and creativity, whether in business, community or social activities.
