healthy snack - soy milk smoothie

| this works with regular OR flavored soy milk (uhm chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry flavors are the only ones I''m familiar with; if it''s another flavor, judge for yourself - it might still work) |
make this as large as you'd like
put ice in the blender, and fill with milk until it's an inch over the ice
(1 cup to each cup of soymilk)add sliced strawberries, bananas, peaches, kiwi(peeled), nectarines, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.
blend on "mix" first, then blend until ice isn't clacking against the side of the blender
-if the mixture stops blending, stop the blender, put it on "mix" again until it's mixing once more, and put it back on "blend"
tips:
-leaving the "green part" on the strawberry is healthy and you can hardly tell it's in the smoothie
-my favorite fruit/soymilk combo is lite vanilla soymilk with bananas, strawberries, and blackberries
-soymilk is REALLEH good for you!
-you can also use a milk/soymilk-yogurt mixture
