Author Ellen Feld Meets Governor Jim Douglas

Blackjack and I attended 'Everything Equine' in Burlington, VT last weekend as special guests in the Breyer Pavillion. We had lots of fun and met many wonderful people including quite a few very serious Breyer Model Horse collectors. I gave a talk during the Breyer Tour luncheon and also brought Blackjack out for a presentation. At one point, while busy signing books, I was asked if "he" could have his picture taken with Blackjack. I turned around to see Jim Douglas, the governor of Vermont. Blackjack was quite happy to pose for a picture with the governor and before we knew it, the stall was surrounded by photographers. Here's one of the pictures.
