WORMS IN THE CAN, WIENERS ON THE BUN
The rain has stopped and you know what that means
Earthworms pushed out of all the seams
of the grass, the cracks, the curbs and gutters
wiggling, jiggling, slippery as butter
My allowance ran out so I can't afford
the Superman comic and the wide skateboard
so I put those worms in a coffee can
and start a business with my hot dog stand
(Chorus)
Earthworms, hot dogs get 'em all here
Don't go hungry, bring your fishing gear
A dollar a dog, a dime a worm
Stand in line and wait your turn
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
If you don't mix 'em up, it's far out fun
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
Just make sure you eat the right one
The worms sell out so I gotta shut down
and hunt for more on my uncle's lawn
How do you tell if they're upside down
backwards up or sideways bound
They squirm away from my thumbs and fingers
and I'm glad they don't have thorns and stingers
I caught a couple kissing each other
I think I’m gonna tell their mothers
(he’s going to tell their mothers)
Chorus
Wait … …wait a minute mister….r I made a Mistake, that’s the wrong one!!! Oh! Oh! too late Oohhh that has to taste baadd!!
What do you mean??? you liked it??? …. I got more!!!
Earthworms, hot dogs get 'em all here
Don't go hungry, bring your fishing gear
A dollar a dog, a dime a worm
Stand in line and wait your turn
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
If you don't mix 'em up, it's far out fun
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
Just make sure you eat the right one
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
If you don't mix 'em up, it's far out fun
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
Worms in the can, wieners on the bun
Just make sure you eat the right one
