According to Tucker, kiddies packed the lobby while waiting to see BROTHER BEAR. Lured by free Tootsie Rolls, many of them took time to visit with the author about her book. And they asked wonderful questions -- like "How did you get the edges so straight?"
Fortunately, adults also came out in numbers to see such flicks as MASTER AND COMMANDER and LOVE ACTUALLY. Tucker says she sold every book she brought to the event and enjoyed talking with so many movie fans of all ages.
Moviegoers who purchased Tucker's book were eligible to enter a raffle for a $15 Cinemark Gift Certificate and 2 free theater passes. Mary Trujillo, one of Tinseltown's cooperative managers, drew the winning entry. Carmen Arteaga, a Pueblo resident, was the lucky winner.
