  This is a true to life story of GANG WARFARE. However it is one of the greatest love stories ever told. RAISING A HOOD is the story of a community and neighborhood that became a force to be reckoned with. Beginning in the streets of Inglewood California the heart of Los Angeles from out of the gutter of the underground come the notorious queen street bloods. I experienced the lifestyle and live in it even today. As I am the author and story teller there were and still are many that bare the scars of life devastating grip. Do not believe what you may have read or heard. See for yourself and bare witness to a phenomenon that is not as foreign as you might think. As a builder seeks to build and only tears down to rebuild. The so called gang problem is only a reflection of human nature and mans failure to recognize it. In reading this memoir I promise that you will be taken down roads and paths unheard or unseen by most. And you will sit in the front roll and witness true discussions that have actually happened and yet still takes its course even as I speak.
