Encouraging kids to read!

I am happy to announce that I will be participating a truly wonderful event at Varsity Lakes Middle School (Lee County, Florida). Varsity Lakes Middle School is holding an "Extra Extra, Read All About It" program on April 11th, 2008 to encourage literacy and a love of reading in their students.

I am proud to participate in such a terrific event! Any chance to encourage our children to fall in love with books is certainly worthwhile and deserves a big congratulations for taking this initiative.

My hat goes off to the Varsity Lakes Middle School teachers and administration for holding this event. More schools should follow suit! Kudos to all of you!
