Just found out!
This is good.
This is very good.
Just may make it through January. Not enough that Christmas and New Year's bring memories good and bad flooding. January 18 is my daughter's birthday {nothing but good memories there}. Next day is mine. On the 28th, Ray and I will have been married 55 years!!
Ghosts of Christmas Past have been joined by ghosts of January Past. Happy-sad-miserable-thrilled, all have visited over the years. In Illinois, where I grew up, snow and ice caused problems for Mother and I. Judge gave the car to Daddy. I loved to walk, don't get me wrong. In the 40's, it was rare for people to run if they were not athletes. I ran every chance I got. Not having a car wasn't that big a deal. . .unless you had to be somewhere, like, yesterday. Maybe I will put together a blog about that. In the meantime, forgive me for going on this way. Not the right place, I know.
Just saying there is a lot to remember. Lot best forgotten! Everything in its season? That what they say?
Very cheering, this hai-coups. I am deeply grateful to the editors of the
b e a u t i f u l Taj Mahal Review.
Not to mention my family and friends like you.
