Poetry Reading & Art Projects - Cache Bank
December 15th, from 12:00 to 1:30, "Poetry At Noon" will be held in Cache Bank, S.College and Mountain (across from City Drug Store) in Fort Collins, Colorado. You are encouraged to bring your lunch. Coffee, Tea, Cider and cookies provided.
Deborah Russell will be reading work from her chapbook, "Dreams
Like Mine" as well as some new work. "MotherTongued", a visual art exhibit including paintings, prints, mono-prints and photography will
be on display through December.
Upcoming events: December 18, 19 and 20th, from 11:00 - 1:00, Deborah Russell will be providing a KIDZART workshop, titled:
The Angel Project, for pre-school children and their parents and or
grandparents. Parents are encourged to bring their cameras and video
equipment to record the event. Coffee, Tea, Juice and cookies provided.
The Angel Project will incorporate the hand and footprints of children
in a series of paintings titled, "Angels". Parents are asked to bring
baby wipes or washcloth and towels for washing small hands and feet.
