A 17-year-old was sentenced to 90 years in prisonfor an hours-long attack on a Hispanic boy who was beaten, kicked, stomped, burned and sodomized with the plastic pole of a patio umbrella.

AS he should, along with his accomplice who got life!  The victim lived and has no recollection of the brutal attack. He underwent numerous operations and it is a miracle he survived.

Let me pose a couple of questions.......

1.) How much time does a Child Molester serve?

2.) How about the typical pedophile, who is always a repeat offender?

It truly upsets me that I have NEVER seen a child molester get 90 years in prison for the unimaginable sexual attack of a child. 

Where is the justice for them?

I am not belittling the above captioned attack, I believe they got what they fully deserve after what they did to him.

I just can't help wondering why child molesters don't get what they deserve.

The news stories of these brutal sexual attacks on children are heart breaking, and as you follow them, you hope to see that worthless, waste of air get the death penalty (where legal) OR the alternative of being sent to prison for life..NEVER happens UNLESS they bury them alive, or brutally rapes and stabs them to death, or strangles them, or drowns them, or beats them to death, as has happened... When will our justice system take a stand for these children as hard and as solid as they do for racial crimes, for drug crimes, and with alcohol abuse (DWI).

We have seen over and over that these pedophiles ALWAYS repeat the behavior. Why not make a law to get them in PRISON for LIFE on the first offense!  Clean up the streets make playgrounds a safe place to be, the mall, the block they live on, the walk to and from school, the internet, the babysitters, etc, safer for KIDS.
