Romantic Suspense author S. K. McClafferty will soon divide her writing time between her popular suspense novels and a new venue. Beginning in February of 2004, this award-winning author will spin-off with a brand new pen name, a new style, and new look.
"Shaken And Stirred" is the first title written by McClafferty to be published under the name Sue McKay. "Shaken and Stirred is something brand new for me. It's humorous, with an upbeat, sophisticated female protagonist in London Llewellyn. London works for the CIA, and she is a young, thoroughly modern heroine. I really had a blast writing this book," McClafferty said. "I hope readers get the same enjoyment from reading it, that I did while writing it, because there is a very good chance they haven't seen the last of London."
Fans of S. K. McClafferty need not worry. Edgy romantic suspense with the deep characterization McClafferty is noted for will continue to keep readers of the genre happy.
