Nothing is so healing as the realization that I have divine gifts I want/need to share with others., September 2, 2008 For me this book was an exploration, and most of the time, it was an excuse to live perpetually in fantasy land; a way to avoid all the mental and physical problems of an imperfect world. Every word written is a victory against dysfunction. Not everybody gets a second chance. I thankfully, did. Writing and making art put me in touch with my inner artist who was choking to create a new me, a happy, self-achieving me. I've been slowly and quietly growing and changing into the person I've always wanted to be, a writer, a poet and an authority on surviving depression with Art Therapy.
