This invitation hails back to The Poetry Show taped last year.

Dona Stein of KRFC's radio show has invited me to submit some of my poetry for an anthology, which she is pulling together with grant money. I don't know what to send. Any suggestions? Any favorite poem? Anyway, not a big deal, but hey, my self-esteem barometer has been dangerously low. Hold it, esteem by others can't be self-esteem, can it? But where does self-esteem come from in the first place? It comes from others, like, in the beginning, parents. When does the switch occur? Did someone forget to flip my switch?
