Bill has spent the better part of his life working as a mechanic and performing maintenance in many different career fields. He has worked ten years in industrial manufacturing, fourteen years in aircraft maintenance, and over ten years maintaining professional office buildings and other facilities. He spent just as many years using his spare time doing carpentry work on rental buildings or homes. When he wasn’t using his spare time doing renovation projects he would repair cars and trucks doing mechanical repairs, overhauling or rebuilding engines, transmissions or other automotive parts and components.
Bill attended college many years ago pursuing a degree in Physics Engineering. While attending his third semester of college it had became to financially cumbersome. Bill dropped out of college to continue his education in the USAF. He completed military vocational training school for tactical aircraft maintenance. During his time in military service he took over 48 college credit hours of supervisory training and supervisory safety training. He also had in addition to his college training, eight years of on the job military supervisory experience. Bill completed college course requirements for civilian aircraft maintenance of Power Plant, General and Airframe to possess his FAA Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic’s License. Due to his current situation he has decided to have an author write a book for him. He had the author publish a book related to his situation that can be found on the internet called The Job Doesn’t Exist “You’re hired” ISBN 978-0-557-01320-3. Type the book’s title or Author’s name in Google and hit search.
Bill accepted a Maintenance Lead Mechanic position working for Drumme Corporation only to find that job assignments will consist of cleaning and painting factory walls and for a time or two operating a weed eater or a few other job assignments that won’t even be mechanic work related. Bill will experience for the first time in his career something that he has no understanding of and only that he will be subjected to, Age Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation and Defamation. He will learn that the Maintenance Lead Mechanic position he accepted to take while working for Drumme Corporation never existed.
His lawsuit involves charges of the following human rights violations under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and Civil rights under discrimination law in the U.S. Code Title – 28 Labor Chapter 14 Age Discrimination in Employment.
