Psychology
Holistic Psychology is a text for the spirit or energy body in you. In it are the tools to a better handling and understanding of what has been taught as life’s ups and downs. The author offers his personal insight in sections like Self Employment, in which he ask of the individual to employ the most of their being in all they do. The author stresses the importance of having a well thought out spiritual indentity. He also points out some of the short comings in the developmental theories used to treat the issues and concerns of society.

Most of what I write is based on existentialism. I am not comfortable with using the words believe or belief, I prefer to know or think something about a thing. In existentialism I have found more elbow room for the anomalies in the absolute. Even the word God comes short of summing up what I feel really makes the universe tick. Science allows us to use words to label the uncommon parts of the universe and as I mentioned earlier it really only confuses things (amongst the masses). It robs nature of its simplicity and beauty. We are responsible for our actions and we are the masters of our destiny. Each step we take brings us closer to our originality. The indoctrinated speculations about life make for a contradicted mind. An acceptance of what reality really is to you is the means by which personal freedom can be established. There is nothing wrong with being yourself, but when your purpose is defined by what is dictated to you over the years the result is un-fulfillment. Learning is the accepting of what the mind reveals to be. Through careful examination we could all benefit from the nature of our true selves. Our lives are in the hands of one another, so we must be mindful of each other. Expressing love of the universe is equivalent to loving thy neighbor which is also equal to the loving of Self. This practice of acceptance is the highest of all religions.
Do you really know what’s going on around you? Do you appreciate the work of the universe? These are not questions about the obvious surfaces of life. They pertain to the not so obvious things that affect your well being. From weather patterns and sun spots to state taxes and government elections; the influence of outside forces are unavoidable. Even in between these lines there is a life that accounts for more of your decision making than what you may be willing to admit. Your responses to this reality that you believe in can be boiled down to simple interactions between neurons within the nervous system. So, who among us is seeing or feeling what’s really going on? More than likely none of us, especially since we are all hard wired in the same fashion. Our different perceptions come from our personal use of the equipment given to us and any mistakes made or bodily malfunctions can be summed up as operator error. Your body really is your world. You can do anything you put your mind to; the key is your willingness to adapt. Deterioration of the body is a result of improper maintenance not old age. (The body is being chemically sabotaged by the excessive consumption of artificial sweeteners, salt, and animal by products.) As humans we act as masters of the universe, but remain unsure of how to maintain a proper diet. In order to utilize the full potential of our universe we must learn to accept, appreciate, and adapt to our own intellect. What good is the power of discovery or realization if you will not allow your mind to change [AAA] around it? It’s like learning to swim so you can jump in the water and drown. Ask anything of yourself and you will surely receive. The use of that knowledge gained is wisdom in action. Taking that action goes beyond belief, allowing for the exercising of real power to unfold.
When claiming to know or be oneself an identity should be established and accepted. We are far more powerful than what we could ever imagine. What we are told about ourselves through parenting and schooling cannot compare to the signs that nature has shown to us. In many cases what we are taught goes against nature. It is this ass backward thinking that keeps us in a mental stone age. The state of being that we are forced to conform to relies heavily on the belief that a government knows what is best for its people. Patriotism is proof of ignorance. The intellectually sound need no interference in their lives from people who do not have it all together themselves. Power lay in numbers because she who does the math, does the dictating. Knowing the value of one in relation to billions is just as important as knowing yourself in relation to people. One person uncovering their identity could excite the hearts and minds of many to create that greatly needed change that is so often talked about.
