Still awaiting an English language publisher, this book, originally titled 'The Shakespeare Chronicles'  in its original version, has now been published and translated in six languages and is still awaiting a U.S. or U.K. publisher willing to challenge the Shakespeare authorities. While this book was released in Italy in conjunction with the release of the motion picture Anonymous, the only common element, apart from the cover art, is that it questions the authenticity of Shakespeare as author of the plays and poems that bear his name. The conclusion of this book is much different, however, from that of the film, and most of the action takes place in the present time.
