Some Notes on last night at the UU annex in Exeter-

Bob Moore’s show may have been the hottest ticket in town last night. The feature , Zak Trojano, Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter from Contookett,was an altogether surprise. Finding a very good guitarist seems to be Bob;s forte’ ,and a good voice that knows his way around ballads and blues is not so unusual, but when Zac moved in front of the mic and showed us his acoustic chops ,I was really impressed.

A lovely singer songwriter from Beverly named Amy (promised as a feature in October) delighted., Steve and Lizz, a duo sang some familiar tunes in wonderful harmony.

 The snacks last night included a pie ,a cake, brownies, cupcakes coffee and tea. One of the regulars passed out lifesaving ice cream sandwiches ,Liz Jones sang acapela, Ed and Bob did a crossection of music and poetry based on Woody Guthries anthem to immagrants, and Steve Redick and John Simon topped off the show with their usual display of poetic genius.. I spent a lot of time astounded and pleased.
