WE HONOR all of the ancestors and the descendants of the BLACK (Negro, African) slaves who literally built this nation (USA)---and for which they have never been properly compensated.
The year 2004 marks the time that we are now seeing that many people have not been truly in favor of improving the plight of race relations in this country.
If anything, the gov't needs to put more money into the schools and colleges, expand class offerings, offer scholarships to minority students, give some grants to Black History museums and programs,--- and quit trying to wage expensive wars in foreign countries.

Are you wondering how to get started?
HERE ARE SOME TIPS---
Offer your "presentations" to community groups for free. After your speech, have a table set up in the rear of the room displaying your books and other products FOR SALE. Also, use a "registration" form to collect the names, addresses, and contact info for all participants---which gives you a data base
of potential customers and clients for future events.
Who needs speakers?
* Jaycee groups,
* Chamber of Commerce luncheons,
* Rotaries, etc.
* Women's networking groups
* YWCA and Boy's Clubs
* College groups
When these businessmen get together for a luncheon, many times they have a featured speaker for 10-15 minutes. And there is a shortage of 'free' speakers. Why can't that speaker be you? Now, don't make your speech a commercial message for your business. Instead, give them value, something the attendees can use.
Maybe a couple of marketing tips, views on the future of the Internet and how it will affect them, or maybe a motivational technique. At the end of your speech, you can pass out contact information and you can welcome them to contact you with further questions.
It's a great way to make contacts and give a great first impression. And if you don't wish to speak personally, don't discount this method. Have an associate make presentations about your services, books or opportunities.
