I'm very busy raising an eight year old grandson who has cerebral palsy and is blind in one eye.
I'm editing several novels and have completed two illustrated poetry books. Currently I'm looking for interested publishers.
Would love to keep in touch with everyone who enjoys my poetry but there is never enough time. If you'd like updates on what's going on, you'll find it here.

Life doesn't seem like reality anymore--it's merely like coasting day to day. I know things have no place to go but 'up' :)! Bear with me friends :)!
We took Doogie to the mall for trick-or-treat. He had a lot of fun at one of the Christian Halloween Houses inside the old K-Mart mall. We bought him a 'Dementor' mask (from Harry Potter) but Doogie preferred calling himself 'The Dark Mask'--a character he says belongs in Star Wars :)!
Also, this year I didn't go to school for the parade of costumes. Doogie's teachers are trying to 'ween' us--make Doogie less dependent upon Al and me. A fellow student (who forgot his costume at home) was Doogie's 'guide' :).
I was thinking about 'Bats'--shortly after our house was finished five years ago--we came home from Halloween trick-or-treating at the mall, drove home and stood on the porch while Al 'fumbled' with unlocking the front door, something swooped barely inches over our heads. Al and I both ducked but Al didn't tell me that it was a bat 'roosting' until we'd gotten inside. Haven't seen the bat since, but it made me shiver knowing one had 'roosted' here on Halloween.
Keep in touch and take care.
