Subject: Computer has been down but now is home.

My computer went down on me last week. I was upset. All my book infomation, promotional material, and access to my business e-mails was gone. I was in a panic.
I had just received the set up from the publisher for my second book, "Dearest of Friends" and had to delay sending that along - which would in turn, would slow down the printing and publishing of the new book.

My computer man went to work. I have an excellent fellow who works on my computer. The problem turned out to be virus and worms in my computer. A lot of them - he found 1,416 virus and 2 worms!
Needless to say, I agreed with him that I should install a very good virus finder.

For any of you who do not check religiously for virus and if you don't have a virus finder, please do so. Those nasty creatures can infest your machine and you won't even know it.

Happy ending. My computer is home; all my information is safe. Nothing was destroyed and I have learned my lesson. Margaret
