It gives me great pleasure to have an opportunity to share my few words of wisdom.

Be a parent to your children. Get to know them. Love and care for them. But, above all be a responsible parent.

Be mindful of the impact your local leadership has on the lives of your children.

Be suspicious of every adult that calls your child a friend. Keep your children safe.

In my first book, "Welcome Home", my daughter and I paint a picture of shared love and family sacrifice to children whom the State has deemed necessary to separate from their parents. Hopefully this story will touch your every emotion. But above all give you a sense of good ole neighborly love.

It's important that we get involved in local politics. People we know so little about make decisions that impact our lives.

In my book "Loving One Man", I toil with the idea that decisions are made in the bedroom. This may or may not be true.

But be careful of people you vote into office who have a definite impact on your democracy and our American way of life.

Live long and love hard. Someday we'll all be over unboundedly happy.

Ciao

rJo
