Subject: Celebrate the Arts with C. A. Webb in January 2005!
MS artist/author C. A. Webb will host his first solo project of 2005 on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 with
Webb Wednesday at the Best Western Executive Inn, Downtown Jackson.
There will be open mike poetry, as well as musical performances by R&B singers Sho' and Duane Scott. The night will also feature a guest poet and other surprises to help usher in the New Year. Featured artist will be Isiah Henyard in his first public art showing ever! Refreshments will be served.
(Webb will be having a drawing for $25.00 cash and a free night in a mini-suite at the hotel.) Admission to Webb Wednesday is $5.00.

MS artist/author C. A. Webb and Shadow Play Entertainment are pleased to announce that their January show will be on
Saturday, January 29, 2005 at the
Smith Robertson Museum: REFLECTIONS. This eclectic event will feature an art show and sale hosted by Webb from
3-6p.m., followed by a poetry reading and concert at 7:00p.m. Featured artist will be Isiah Henyard. (There will be a live radio remote with Majic 100.9 FM featuring Dave Stafford and Amery Fund co-founder Andrea Washington-Jackson from 3-5p.m.)The evening program will feature open mic for poets and musicians alike as well as performances by the Kuumba African Dance and Drum Co. and Duane Scott. There will also be a concession-style food available for purchasing.
This event will feature a drawing for a free weekend in a Jacuzzi suite at the Best Western Executive Inn, Downtown Jackson, tickets being $5.00. Admission to this event is FREE, however, 10% of all proceeds raised through the sale of merchandise will benefit the Smith Robertson Museum. 20% of proceeds will benefit the Amery Fund.
