Subject: What's Up with Cheryl Norman?

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I have a new book coming out in February, 2002, a romantic suspense STORMS OF THE HEART. Based loosely on true-life events and real people, this is one of the books of my heart. I hope you'll enjoy it, too. It's available either as a trade paperback ($14.95 cover price) or an electronic download ($6). Check it out at my authorsden homepage or at www.wings-press.com (Feb, 2002).

I've received e-mails wanting to know about the sequel to FULL MOON HONEYMOON. It's in the works and includes some familiar characters from the first book. Another cozy mystery with a touch of offbeat humor, UNDERCOVER AT THE ROLL 'N' SCONE must first pass the strict scrutiny of those Wings' editors, the fine, hard-working people who strive to publish only the best for Wings' readers.

For a departure from the mystery/suspense genre, check out LAST RESORT, a contemporary romance due out later in 2002. The story is a FULL MOON HONEYMOON prequel, although Debbie and Noel take a backseat to Kevin and Bethany's story. LAST RESORT will also be available in multi-formats from Wings.

Have you visited www.cherylnorman.com recently? Besides my new cover art, you'll see photos from the recent ROMANTIC TIMES magazine booklovers' convention and book fair (at which I sold a phenomenal 22 copies of FULL MOON HONEYMOON!), the latest Grammar Guru columns, and recipes from Chef Cheri's HASTY, TASTY MEALS. Enjoy and check back often.

My local RWAź Chapter (First Coast Romance Writers) are hosting a booksigning for me February 9, 2002 at their regular monthly meeting. It'll be at the Community Room at Regency Square Mall in Jacksonville, Florida. Drop by and say "howdy" if you're in the vicinity! If you also write and want more information about FCRW, email me at cheryl@cherylnorman.com.

If you haven't checked out My News at Authorsden, you may have missed hearing about Pam Ripling's cover art for FULL MOON HONEYMOON being a finalist in the upcoming EPIC QUASAR Awards. I'm excited that Pam is also my cover artist on STORMS OF THE HEART. If you can judge a book by its cover, then you must read my books. With Pam's cover art, I can't lose!

On a personal note, hubby bought me an RCA EBook (model REB 1100) for Christmas. I love this thing! I've downloaded all my favorite Wings' titles, along with many other ebooks, then converted the files to upload into the EBook device. Now I read twice as much (and that's a lot!). With its adjustable backlighting, optional large font, and choice of screen orientation, the REB 1100 is easy on these middle-age eyes, too.

That's it for first quarter 2002. Thanks for reading my newsletter. Tell all your friends to sign up, too, either at www.authorsden.com/cherylnorman or www.cherylnorman.com.
~Cheryl~
