The "Whenever Newsletter" containing the wit and wisdom of LDS author Susan Law Corpany is put out several times a year, but not on any set schedule. You will find the stories behind the stories, excerpts from works in progress, humorous insights, ideas for how to avoid doing housework. In other words--whatever and whenever. (Just a touch of rebellion.) Subscription is free and free from the contraint of a publishing schedule, because after all, writers are under enough deadlines. Enjoy!
Susan Newsletter Dated: 6/9/2009 6:23:45 AMSubject: New Column: Criticism or Critique? My column ran today. It is about accepting constructive criticism.

I had to laugh, then, when I got an e-mail from my friend Judy commenting on the humorous excerpt from my new novel that I included in my last newsletter. She kindly informed me that I had my characters order dinner and pay the bill but nowhere in the chapter was dinner delivered or eaten. She was quite right, because I was so focused on the humor of the chapter, I didn't even pay attention to what my characters were supposed to be doing.
I am going to be at the Provo Brick Oven Pizza restaurant tonight, signing books and meeting people. Come by if you get a chance. Details are at the end of the article. Read it.
Enjoy!
